OBJECTIVE: To determine bias due to loss of participants (attrition bias) in a prospective cohort study. DESIGN: A multi-centre prospective cohort study. SUBJECTS: A total of 225 individuals with a spinal cord injury from 8 Dutch rehabilitation centres.
