Summary Background Barrett's oesophagus ( BO ) is a risk factor for oesophageal adenocarcinoma ( OAC ). Several studies report increasing incidences of BO with substantial variation. Aim To determine age‐ and sex‐stratified incidence rates ( IR ) of BO and OAC .
