All entrepreneurs operate their companies in a continuously changing environment. Thus, it is of high interest to investigate which financial schemes they implement in order to run their companies and what affects this decision. Governments understand the financing needs of SME's and the impact of entrepreneurship in the growth of the economy; hence governmental financing schemes are launched.
