Antisymmetry and Verb-Final Order in West Flemish
Abstract This paper focuses on the derivation of the verb-final pattern in West Flemish, a West Germanic OV language. The paper compares antisymmetric approaches which assume short or no V-movement and antisymmetric approaches which postulate double movement: V-to-I movement + remnant movement.
