De lithische technologie van Weelde-Eindegoorheide 12 en 13 (prov. Antwerpen)

An elaborate attribute analysis was used to discern technological features of two lithic assemblages in the northern Campine region. Using this research method, we examined whether final Palaeolithic and Mesolithic groups could be distinguished. At Weelde-Eindegoorheide 12 and 13, three different occupation episodes could be recognized on a typological basis. Technological data, however, reflected only one tradition, which is characterides by flexibilty throughout the chaîne opératoire.
