Dahs

An independent tribe of the southern highlands in the 8th-7th centuries BC, Dahs was the target of Sabaean military campaigns. In the 6th century BC, Dahs became an ally of Qatabān against Sabaʾ. From the 5th century BC, Dahs became an integral part of the kingdom of Qatabān. ; Tribu indépendante des hautes terres méridionale au VIIIe-VIIe s. av. J.-C., Dahs fait l'objet des campagnes militaires sabéennes. Au VIe s. av. J.-C., Dahs est devenue l'alliée de Qatabān contre Sabaʾ. A parir du Ve s. av. J.-C., Dahs devient une partie intégrante du royaume de Qatabān.
