This paper intends, through an analysis of the multiculturalism and multilingualism that make up the society of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, to examine some of the public policies of the government of the country that seek to integrate the migrant population from different countries and cultures. This is an exploratory, bibliographical and qualitative-quantitative research. To this end, authors such as TRAUSCH (2002), PAULY (2013), Heinz and Fehlen (2016), as well as the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg were used as a basis for the theoretical foundation of this work. In the achievement of the research objectives, it was necessary to present the historical construction of the Grand Duchy, the different migratory movements over decades to, finally, raise and analyze data gathered by Luxembourg institutions that propose actions of social integration such as the Association of Support to Immigrant Workers (ASTI) and the Union of Luxembourg Cities and Municipalities (SYVICOL). The analysis allows us to verify that, despite the integrative actions and its multicultural profile, Luxembourgish society has high levels of discrimination against the migrant population. ; Este trabajo pretende, a través de un análisis de la multiculturalidad y el multilingüismo que conforman la sociedad del Gran Ducado de Luxemburgo, examinar algunas de las políticas públicas gubernamentales del país que buscan integrar a la población inmigrante de diferentes países y culturas.
