Hexagonal grid in Flanders, Belgium
As part of the annual partridgespringcounts in Flanders,huntersare required to count partridgesin all areas that have suitablehabitat for partridges ( Perdix perdix ). Since it is assumed that visibility is around 200 meters, this hexagonal grid with a distance of 400 meters between parallel sides, helps volunteers in choosing observationpoints.
