Uses of digital technologies and services in Belgium: what can be learnt from statistics in 2018?
This report gives an overview on the use of digital technologies and services by individuals and households in order to highlight the recent trends in inequalities in ICT access and use. This quantitative analysis is based on the Belgian micro-data of the Eurostat Information Society Survey concerning access and uses of ICT and online services by individuals and households. The specific goal is to establish patterns and to seek for causal relationships between individual profiles and usage profiles.
