This dataset comes from the 'objective 1000' project, in which the entomofauna of the Jean Massart Botanical Garden was studied during the period 2015-2021. The aim of this project was to inventory 1000 species of insects and spiders on the site. In addition to traditional censuses such as direct observation, dragging the herb layer and the use of a beater screen, the use several other collection methods such as light traps has been possible, thanks to the involvement of Brussels environment.
