Cultures politiques et état d’urgence. Une comparaison entre la France, la Belgique et l’Allemagne

How do political cultures shape the fight against terrorism ? By comparing France, Belgium, and Germany in a time period running from 2015 to 2017, the article explores cultural elements such as collective memories, constitutional cultures, and their impact on counterterrorist measures. It hereby draws on interview data conducted with policy makers in the three countries.
