Cílem této práce je analýza Napoleonova Stodenního císařství. Měla by poskytnout ucelený přehled Napoleonových ambicí, zejména jeho touhu po moci a vysvětlit, proč neuspěl. Navzdory svých předchozích zkušeností a podpory od svých vlastních lidí nebyl schopný porazit svého nepřítele vévodu z Wellingtonu, který měl podporu od okolních evropských mocností. ; Katedra historických věd ; Obhájeno ; The aim of this thesis is to analyse the period of Hundred days of Napoleon's reign. It should provide a comprehensive overview of Napoleon's ambitions especially his desire for power and explain why he didn't succeed. Despite his previous experiences and full support of his own people Napoleon wasn't able to defeat his oponent duke of Wellington who was supported by all the european powers. They had joint against Napoleon in fear that he might gain a dominant position over Europe once again.
