The article examines the dairy chain from Bogotá Savanna’s variables that affect the links of herds, processors and marketers, having in mind the following aspects: logistics, production, and quality. The investigation used amfe method to perform the analysis; we explaine how such variables were studied to establish which of them have a greater incidence, and in that way generate more competitiveness by means of anova statistical variance test.
