THE FACTOR THAT INFLUENCE TURNOVER INTENTION AMONG AVIATION MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL IN KOTA KINABALU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT SABAH
This study aims to identify the factor that influence turnover intention among aviation maintenance personnel in Kota Kinabalu International Airport in Sabah. A total of 160 questionnaires were distributed and only a total of 104 questionnaire were analyzed for this research.
