Manhole cover, Sabaudia, Italy

This manhole cover in Sabaudia, of which many are peppered around the town, displays the place name, the fascio littorio symbol, and the fascist era date. These objects carry the place name in Sabaudia, Pontinia and Latina, and in the case of the latter the original city name of Littoria can still be found on the original manhole covers in the city centre.
