Internet-delivered interpersonal psychotherapy (i-IPT) in the Netherlands

This chapter evaluates Internet-delivered interpersonal psychotherapy (i-IPT) in the Netherlands. In specialized mental health care, psychotherapy for depression mainly consists of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and, to a lesser extent, IPT, but these psychotherapies are difficult to access due to long waiting lists caused by a short supply of mental health care professionals.
