Socioeconomic status significantly contributes to the likelihood of immediate postmastectomy breast reconstruction in the Netherlands: A nationwide study

Background: Previous studies have shown that breast cancer patients with a low socioeconomic status (SES) are less likely to undergo postmastectomy immediate breast reconstruction (IBR).
