Effectiveness of simulation training and assessment of PICU nurses' resuscitation skills: A mixed methods study from the Netherlands

Purpose: The quality of resuscitation and effective leadership are decisive for the outcome of a resuscitation. Nurses are usually the first responders upon cardiac arrest.
