Climate change imposes serious water challenges on Panama, including droughts, floods and sea level rise. This study explores strategies to improve resilience in the La Villa river basin, taking as a reference the Dutch experience in water management. Through a bibliographic and comparative analysis, innovative and sustainable solutions that harmonize water management with the natural environment are identified.
