Background Unlike neighboring countries, the Netherlands does not have a national acute coronary syndrome (ACS) registry to evaluate quality of care. Objective We conducted a pilot registry in two hospitals to assess the prescription of guideline-recommended therapies in Dutch patients with ACS.
