Customer Service, Satisfaction and Future Stance of banking in Finland and the Netherlands

This thesis is completed in cooperation with Oma Säästöpankki Oyj offices in Ilmajoki and Kurikka in Finland, and Rabobank Group offices in Reusel and Bergeijk in the Netherlands. The purpose of this thesis is to research customer service, satisfaction and future outlooks of customers by customer questionnaire between Finnish and Dutch offices.
