Objectives: Vaginal assisted Natural Orifice Transluminal Endoscopic Surgery (NOTES) combines the benefits of vaginal and endoscopic surgery. This study presents the results of the first vaginal assisted NOTES hysterectomies (VANH) in The Netherlands.
