Home blood pressure telemonitoring in the Netherlands: a pilot study in GP practices

Abstract Background Home Blood Pressure Telemonitoring (HBPT) has been proposed to improve drug adherence, blood pressure control, and efficient care delivery in patients with hypertension. Its adoption in GP practices however remains low.
