This report (Deliverable 7.2) analyses the way specific civil rights are protected in selected Member States (Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and the United-Kingdom), with a focus on implementation and enforcement aspects.
