The purpose of this study is to gain insights into significant decision factors that influence the adoption of mobile banking in the Netherlands. Gaining insights on factors affecting user adoption of mobile banking will help banks to formulate interventions to improve user acceptance. Especially now, with the Corona crisis, such initiatives in mobile technology are even more relevant for banking.
