My poster will focus on a case study. More precisely I propose to create a poster on Delpher, the full-text search engine of the Dutch National Digital Library, which started out two years ago as a joint project of the National Library of The Netherlands and the University Libraries of Amsterdam, Groningen, Leiden and Utrecht. In line with the topics listed for the conference and the objective of sharing best practices I intend to discuss our experiences in setting up the Delpher network and in obtaining the access rights which have been negotiated with publishers and collective rights organizations – two elements which make Delpher unique within the current digitization landscape.
