This strand of the study comprehensively assesses and evaluates the information obtained through 28 national reports, 848 answers to an online survey, more than 246 interviews with stakeholders in all Member States, and all available statistical data concerning the practical application of EU consumer law by the courts of the Member States of the European Union. Based on these findings, the study found considerable inequalities and shortcomings in the application of EU consumer law in the national judicial systems.
