Luxembourg is one of the smallest EU-countries without any agricultural universities and specific agronomic research centers. In the frame of the CAP it has the same obligations than other EUcountries. For example there is one cooperative producing seed potatoes and you find there so-called Mafex-sprayers. So you need know-how and specific equipment just for one testing taking part every three years.
