Following the concept of Industry 4.0, first mentioned by Germany in 2011, the Netherlands reacted with its own concept called Smart Industry, adapted to the strategy and vision from an industrial perspective and In turn, China has a Master Industrial Plan called "Made in China 2025" and is in fact the national strategic plan to transform the country into a superpower in terms of technology and manufacturing.
