Titian's influence in European painters of the sixteenth century is well known. The influence exerted on Spanish painters has always been assumed as directly because of the works of his hand made for the court. However, it will not only be through that works of the master of Cadore and his copies, as much Italians than those made in peninsular territory, which are going to have influence over the taste for his compositions, but also through copies made by Flemish painters who arrived at the peninsula.
