Commissie Parameters blijft onduidelijk over nieuwe pensioenwet ; Implementation of the new law on the Dutch pension system is hampered by much uncertainty

The new pension system in The Netherlands requires a clear quantification of the various economic projections that pension funds should focus on when implementing the law. However, the advice of the ‘Commissie Parameters’, published at the end of November 2022, does not provide any clarity on this. For example, there is no concrete formulation of the various forms of projected investment’s returns that play a role in the description of the new system.
