BpQ in Dutch - Data Analysis Code

The above files contain all code used during the pre-processing and data analysis of the 2D and 3D data obtained through this project. It includes the code which creates the 3D data set, the normalisation and ranging of the data, the categorisation of the data, the creation of the five subsets of data based on the manual annotations in ELAN, the visualisation of the temporal progressions of blend shapes, as well as the implemented HDBScan clustering algorithm.
