January 3, 1705 [1706]: "a permit from Trustees of Schen[ectady] for sale of Isaac De Truax land on the 2nd flat by Maria his widow - about 8 morgens - to Jacobus Peek". December 8, 1725: Transfer of a piece of land belonging to the Dutch Church, "a certain piece of ground with Tan pits to the E[ast] of Church Mill", on State Street and Mill Lane, in Schenectady, New York. Hand drawn map. Other persons named include Capt. John [Johannes] Bleecker, John Mynderse and Simon Volkertse [Veeder].
