Will, Jean Tebanin (1)

Last will and testament of Jean Tebanin, schoolmaster at New Paltz, New York. Jean makes provisions for his executors to take all his property and give it to the poor of the church of New Paltz. He instructs that his French Bible should be devoted to the service of the church "for as long as the service is held in French, and if it turns into Dutch, the said Bible will be sold on behalf of the poor Frenchmen" of the church.
