Old Dutch Church (organized 1659), Kingston, N.Y.

An external view of the Old Dutch Church--officially called the First Reformed Protestant Dutch Church of Kingston--located at 272 Wall Street. The church was originally formed in 1659. The church edifice pictured was built in 1852, and was designed in the English Renaissance style by a noted New York ecclesiastical architect, Minard Lefever, and built of locally quarried bluetone.
