Zabel 022 Thatching, ox roast, July 4 Parade

Roof thatching by the staff at the Pennsylvania German Cultural Heritage Center. The ox roast was a favorite display at the festival. Every July Fourth there is a parade around the festival where crafts people display their materials and farmers show their tractors. Filmed in 2010 by Jackie Zabel, a film major at Kutztown Uinversity.
