Abstract Objectives To determine the consensus of a Dutch multidisciplinary expert panel on the diagnostic evaluation and treatment of de novo and recurrent metastatic prostate cancer (PCa) limited to non‐regional lymph nodes (M1a) in daily clinical practice.
