Material and methods After translation of the D-RECT questionnaire into French, residents of five Moroccan hospitals were invited to complete the questionnaire between July and September 2018. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to evaluate the validity of the construct using the standardized root mean square residual (SRMR), the root mean square error approximation (RMSEA), the Comparative Fit Index (CFI) and the Tucker- Lewis Index (TLI). Confirmatory factor analysis showed an ... : نبذة مختصرة البيئة التعليمية هي واحدة من أكثر العوامل تأثيرا في تدريب الأطباء المقيمين. يعد اختبار الإقامة الهولندية للمناخ التعليمي (D - RECT) أحد أقوى الأدوات لقياس بيئة التعلم. ومع ذلك، لم تتم ترجمته إلى الفرنسية. الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو التحقق من صحة القياس النفسي للنسخة الفرنسية من DRECT. المواد والأساليب بعد ترجمة استبيان D - RECT إلى الفرنسية، تمت دعوة سكان خمسة مستشفيات مغربية لإكمال الاستبيان بين يوليو وسبتمبر 2018. تم استخدام تحليل العامل التأكيدي لتقييم صحة البنية باستخدام متوسط الجذر التربيعي المعياري المتبقي (SRMR)، وتقريب متوسط الخطأ التربيعي الجذر (RMSEA)، ومؤشر الملاءمة المقارنة (CFI) ومؤشر تاكر لويس (TLI). تم تحليل الموثوقية باستخدام الاتساق الداخلي واختبار إعادة الاختبار. النتائج خلال فترة الدراسة، أكمل 211 مقيمًا الاستبيان. أظهر تحليل العامل التأكيدي نموذجًا مناسبًا يتناسب مع المؤشرات التالية: SRMR = 0.058 / RMSEA = 0.07 / CFI = 0.88 / TLI = 0.87. كان للترجمة الفرنسية اتساق داخلي جيد (درجة ألفا كرونباخ > 0.7 لجميع المقاييس الفرعية) واستقرار زمني جيد (درجة الارتباط بين قياسين = 0.89). ...
