This offers interesting possibilities to analyze OA developments at various levels - in this case Dutch universities. See for example 'Open Access levels of Dutch universities 2010-2017' (Bosman 2017, DOI; 10.5281/zenodo.1120386) However, Web of Science currently labels all articles as gold OA that are detected as freely available from the publisher.
