In order to carry out the diagnosis of the situation of the organization, a mixed research approach was adopted, in which qualitative methods such as observation and quantitative techniques such as the survey were applied, which allowed to check the deficiencies in the staff selection process in force in the organization, which results in disagreements of the workers with the functions and demands of their jobs; demotivation for performance; lack of training and improvement of professional skills; ignorance of the company's Mission, Vision and Values; this determined the pertinence of proposing the design of the staff selection manual by competencies, which would have each of the selection sub-processes, policies, materials and techniques to apply. The implementation of this tool allowed from that moment to identify the ideal candidate for each of the positions required to cover the company Equisercon; thereby contributing to solid and lasting business success that benefits all its stakeholders. ; Este informe se presenta a partir de la sistematización de la implementación de los procesos de selección del perfil por competencias en la empresa EQUISERCON CURACAO TRADERS CIA.LTDA.
