Abstract: The purpose of the study was to investigate the influence of social responsibility practices and ethical climates conveyed by representatives of commercial and non-commercial business units within the country of Curaçao. The questionnaire was administered to 183 business clients to examine impacts upon the attainment of unit financial goals and on the development of strategic alliances relating to tourism perpetuation and sustainment.
