Belgium : portrait of a peculiar federal state

The aim of this conference was to present the main features of the federal and parliamentary system of the Kingdom of Belgium to an audience of Russian professors, researchers and students. It was intended to show that, despite the differences between Russia and Belgium, particularly in terms of size and population, the two states also have common features, such as federalism.
