L'entomophagie: une question de culture?
Entomophagy: How to Overcome our European Aversion?. Entomophagy, the eating of insects, is not a curiosity but is practiced throughout the world, except in Europe and in North-America. For many Europeans, the consumption of insects is considered as a primitive and a repugnant comportment.
