Data resulting from SNP genotyping of Sisymbrium austriacum subsp. chrysanthum individuals collected from twelve and eleven native and non-native locations, respectively. Individuals were succesfully genotyped (missingness<10%) on 209 polymorphic unambiguous loci using KASPar technology. he SNP labels are the locus identifiers (AGI codes) of A. thaliana homologues according to The Arabidopsis Information Resource nomenclature (TAIR; http://www.arabidopsis.org).
