Battle of Trafalgar and Waterloo Campaign, Plates 84 and 85

Two maps. The top map depicts the Battle of Trafalgar on October 21, 1805 as part of the Napoleonic Wars between the British Navy and the French-Spanish fleets. It shows the positions of the battle ships of the respective fleets, and includes an inset map showing the location of battle off the coast of Spain. This was also a part of the War of the Third Coalition and resulted in a British victory. The bottom map shows the general area for the Waterloo Campaign. This was part of the War of the Seventh Coalition and brought an end to the Napoleonic Wars.
