The purpose of this presentation is to discuss the new form of publicising court decisions following the revision of article 149 of the Constitution and the adoption of the Act of 5 May 2019 which modifies the Code of Criminal Investigation and the Judicial Code to make the judgements and decisions of Belgian courts and tribunals accessible to all citizens through a database.
