La gestion du recrutement des journalistes dans les télévisions locales francophones de Belgique

In this work, we investigate the type of tasks that local televisions in (French-speaking) Bel­gium assign to starting journalists, and the importance of their identities in this context. We show that socialization processes have a major impact on professional evolution, that is amplified with the generalization of short-term positions and contracts.
