Mitchell, 31 years old, is a licensed mechanic and a graduate of District 100 Joint Apprenticeship Program at Eastern Air Lines, Inc. He will serve as a crew cheif on DC-4 and C-46 aircraft under the auspices of the United Nations stationed at Leopoldville, Belgian Congo, for a duration of three months. These aircraft have been chartered from Panama Airways, Inc. to the United Nations organization, ONUC (Organization-Nations, United Congo). Mitchell started at Eastern Air Lines as an aircraft cleaner six years ago.
