A Romanian – Belgian Comparison on Work Related Stereotypes and Behaviours

In the larger context of controversies on West-European – East-European countries differences, the present paper analyzes a more specific intercultural difference that may have its roots in the dominating values of a West-European society vs. an East-European one.
