Venture capitalists' investment decision : the case oh the Belgian Tech Industry
The following paper first sums up the theoretical knowledge available on the relationship between venture capitalists and entrepreneurs, going from the proposals screening to the post-investment relationship. Our literature review led us to the conclusion that it is more interesting to address venture capitalists in a limited geographical market and on a precise industry, this is why this master thesis adresses the Belgian tech industry.
